This was a fun, half-day hike. It's about 700m (2,300 ft) vertical gain
from the Windsor and Brownsville trailheads, round trip is about 11 km (7
miles). You can go up and down different trails for variety. I think
some of the trails are part of the AT.

article, like someone once flew on a hang glider over 130 miles from
Mt. Ascutney all the way to Connecticut, and the remains of Charles
Bronson are buried near the base.
